Job summary

Charles Hurst Belfast Citroen is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. You will manage customer bookings for MOTs, servicing and repairs, and provide clear warranty guidance while upselling where appropriate.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will help drive performance in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate customer records, and support colleagues with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer management system.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Aftersales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings for MOTs, servicing and repairs.
• Provide clear warranty guidance and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule work based on capacity and call volumes.
• Handle high volumes of customer interactions via phone, email and online booking.
• Keep customers updated on progress and timelines, with any additional work required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support junior team members.
