Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast is hiring a Service Advisor to join our new retail and aftersales facility in Belfast. You will manage service bookings, advise on vehicle requirements, and deliver a luxury customer journey from drop-off to collection.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will receive manufacturer training and have opportunities for progression within the Lamborghini network. This is a permanent, full-time role with a generous benefits package and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer bookings for servicing, repairs, maintenance, and warranty work
• Delivering a luxury customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection
• Providing clear and professional advice on vehicle requirements, repairs, and manufacturer recommendations
• Identifying opportunities for additional products and services where appropriate
• Coordinating with workshop teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Managing a high volume of customer interactions across telephone, email, and digital platforms
• Keeping customers proactively informed throughout the service and repair process
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all systems are updated correctly
• Supporting and mentoring team members while contributing to a positive, high-performing culture
