Wearside Audi in Sunderland is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team on site. You will be a key team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers.

You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty cover, and upsell parts while coordinating with the Aftersales department. Strong customer service, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service/advice role within automotive Aftersales.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the brand and dealership processes.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing a high volume of customer daily inquiries and calls.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining records.
