Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor in automotive Aftersales.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Liaise with Aftersales to organise and schedule appointments.
