Job summary

Stockport Volvo, part of Lookers Motor Group Limited, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. The role involves booking MOTs and services, advising on warranties, and coordinating with the Aftersales department to manage appointments and customer communications.

You will demonstrate outstanding customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within automotive or retail is preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts or accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing a high volume of customers and calls daily.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and workshop status.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and bookings.
