Preston Volkswagen, part of Lookers Limited, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. The role focuses on booking MOTs and services, advising on warranty cover, and coordinating with the Aftersales department to manage appointment schedules and customer communications.

You will be responsible for handling high volumes of customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a first-class service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing high-volume customer inquiries by phone and online.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and progress while car is in the workshop.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating booking systems.
