Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited, Buckinghamshire Jaguar Land Rover, seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will handle bookings, advise on warranties, and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with the Aftersales department to schedule work.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in automotive aftersales or service advisory roles preferred.
• Familiarity with dealer systems (Kerridge/ADP) is a plus.
• Ability to handle high volumes and deliver good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repair work for customers.
• Advise on warranty and upsell parts / accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments.
• Manage high-volume customer interactions by phone and online.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and workshop status.
• Keep accurate customer records and booking data.
