Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for primary schools in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. Roles are available on full-time and part-time bases, with long-term placements and supply opportunities.

Successful candidates will deliver engaging lessons under the UK National Curriculum, foster inclusive learning environments and work with mentors and senior leaders to support pupil outcomes. DBS Update Service preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• ECTs or recently qualified teachers encouraged to apply.
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Provide two professional references from teacher training placements or recent employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
• Create an inclusive, positive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to support development.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, support staff and senior leaders.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Support children’s academic, social and emotional development.
