Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Rugeley, Staffordshire, is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a range of welcoming primary schools.

Roles are available on both full-time and part-time bases, including long-term placements with induction programmes. As an ECT you will deliver high-quality lessons aligned to the UK National Curriculum, assess pupil progress, and work with mentors to develop professionally.

Qualifications

• UK QTS required to teach in primary schools.
• ECTs or recently qualified teachers with induction experience.
• Enhanced DBS check (Update Service) or willingness to obtain.
• Two professional references covering training placements or recent employment.
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.
• Create an inclusive, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour to support a productive learning atmosphere.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to support development.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, support staff and senior leaders.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
