Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for primary schools across Dudley. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis with long-term and fixed-term opportunities. Induction and mentor support are provided to help you develop professionally.

You will deliver lessons for EYFS, KS1, KS2, align with the National Curriculum, assess progress, and collaborate with school staff to drive student outcomes. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• ECTs or recently qualified teachers, or those completing induction.
• Demonstrate passion for teaching and supporting children's learning.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Assess, monitor, and adapt teaching to support pupil progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and senior leaders.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
