North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking highly motivated Booking Clerks for the Outpatient Central Bookings team. The role supports an efficient patient appointment service across clinics, handling face-to-face and telephone bookings within the 8:30am–5:00pm window.

You will manage appointments, update the patient administration system, and liaise with clinical staff while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry and clerical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with telephone bookings is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Book outpatient appointments and manage clinic bookings.
• Ensure accuracy of data in booking systems.
• Work across sites within University Hospitals Tees.
• Communicate with medical staff and external service users.
