Tarmac Trading Limited in the United Kingdom is expanding its logistics team. The Order Taker & Logistics Fulfilment Coordinator role sits at the heart of our supply chain, handling orders, coordinating deliveries, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

You'll work closely with fleet and logistics partners to meet SLAs, resolve discrepancies, and generate performance insights during peak periods.

• Process customer orders via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Verify product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions
• Ensure timely order processing aligned with SLAs
• Resolve order discrepancies and missing details
• Schedule and monitor deliveries with transport planners and logistics partners
• Keep customers informed on order status and changes
• Handle and elevate customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
• Support peak periods and assist the Lead Coordinator
