Job summary

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking an Order / Logistics Fulfilment Coordinator on a fixed-term contract. You will capture customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and keep customers informed to ensure smooth execution and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying details, scheduling with transport planners, resolving discrepancies, and supporting peak periods. A strong customer focus and experience with logistics systems are essential.

• Keep customers informed on order status and changes.
• Handle and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Support peak periods and assist the Lead Coordinator.
