• Ensure timely order processing aligned with SLAs.
• Resolve order discrepancies and missing details.
• Schedule and monitor deliveries with transport planners and logistics partners.
• Keep customers informed on order status and changes.
• Handle and escalate customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Support peak periods and assist the Lead Coordinator.
