Job summary

Trescal is seeking an experienced Logistics Operative to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will manage the intake of customer assets, coordinate couriers, and oversee the movement of goods while ensuring QHSE compliance and accurate documentation.

The role involves packing, loading, driving duties when required, and providing strong customer service by resolving queries and supporting the logistics team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• GCSEs level 4 or higher; essential, numerate & literate
• Computer literacy required
• Driving licence essential
• Flexible and motivated with a desire to learn and progress
• Ability to work under own direction and monitor own workload
• Ability to diligently follow procedures
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Receive and book in customer assets
• Coordinate with third party couriers (national & international)
• Oversee movement of incoming/outgoing goods
• Unpack and check deliveries against paperwork
• Schedule and monitor shipments for timely delivery
• Pack assets safely for third party deliveries
• Operate company vehicle for collections/deliveries
• Raise variances between orders and deliveries
• Support administration team with logistics issues
