Village is seeking Meetings & Events Team Member to deliver the highest professional standards of service across conferences and celebrations. You will greet guests with confidence and professionalism, ensure they are looked after, and help create a welcoming, memorable visit.

Joining our busy events floor means embracing ownership, integrity, and teamwork. You’ll set up spaces to brand standards, operate AV equipment safely, serve food and drinks with flair, and keep areas tidy while following

Qualifications

• Setting up and servicing meeting and event spaces to brand standards.
• Operating AV equipment safely and efficiently during events.
• Serving refreshments and drinks with confidence and product knowledge.
• Maintaining tidy spaces and proper storage of equipment after shifts.
• Complying with Health & Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Safety, and Licensing laws.

Responsibilities

• Space & Standards: Set up and service spaces to brand standards.
• Tech Savvy Operations: Operate AV equipment for presentations and events.
• Food & Drink Flair: Serve meals and drinks, upsell where appropriate.
• Pride in the House: Keep spaces organized and equipment stored securely.
• Shift Safety: Follow health and safety regulations on site.
