Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is great, but attitude and energy matter more.
• Friendly, positive, loves working with people and being part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with confidence and professionalism, ensuring they are looked after.
• Setting up and servicing meeting and event spaces to brand standards.
• Operating AV equipment safely and smoothly during presentations and events.
• Serving refreshments, meals and drinks with confidence and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintaining organized spaces and safely storing event equipment after busy shifts.
