Job summary

Village Hotels in Cheswick Green is seeking a Meetings & Events Team Member to deliver outstanding service across corporate conferences and celebrations. You will greet guests with confidence, ensure they are looked after and enjoy their visit.

In this fast-paced role you will set up spaces to brand standards, operate AV equipment, serve refreshments, and maintain safety and cleanliness. The position offers training, a supportive team, and plenty of opportunities to grow within Village.

Qualifications

• Strong attitude and energy matter more than prior experience.
• Friendly, positive, loves working with people and being part of a busy team.
• Willing to learn, with support and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service meeting and event spaces to brand standards.
• Operate AV equipment safely and smoothly during presentations and events.
• Serve refreshments and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep spaces organized and equipment stored safely after shifts.
• Comply with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Safety and Licensing laws.
