Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is seeking a proactive Meetings & Events Executive to support a cluster of hotels, turning client inquiries into detailed proposals and contracts. You’ll collaborate with operations to capture every detail and foster repeat business through excellent service.

You’ll develop strong relationships with clients, produce accurate proposals and invoices, and bring a true passion for hospitality to a fast-paced team. Training and perks support your progression.

• Produce proposals for M&E enquiries in line with customer requests.
• Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.
• Work with operational teams across your cluster to ensure we capture every detail.
