Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront is seeking a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter to act as the face of the hotel and deliver high-standard service for busy events. You’ll set up, refresh and clear rooms with attention to detail, while maintaining a warm, can-do attitude and strong communication with organisers and guests.

You’ll thrive both working autonomously and as part of a vibrant events team, helping the department meet its KPIs during large gatherings and celebrations.

Qualifications

• Be yourself!
• Think on your feet to meet clients’ needs – a great can-do attitude is spot on.
• Have great communication skills: you’ll be greeting organisers, ensuring guests’ needs are met and working with others to achieve the department’s KPIs
• Be self-motivated and comfortable working alone at times
