Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Pauls is seeking a proactive Meetings & Events Planning Executive to coordinate contracted events and ensure flawless delivery from booking to post-event review.

You will gather all function details, prepare function sheets, update Opera with accurate information and work with hotel operations to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue through proactive upselling and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contracted meetings and events.
• Ability to gather event details and produce function sheets.
• Strong communication with hotel operations and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deal with all contracted bookings and collect final details (delegate numbers, rooming lists, timings).
• Arrange and conduct final details meetings/calls with organizers before events.
• Update Sales & Catering/Opera with accurate information and load revenue per contract.
• Produce function sheets for all events with necessary details.
• Coordinate handover of rooming lists to Groups Coordinator.
• Organize pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with clients.
