Job summary

Ninestiles An Academy is seeking a qualified HLTA to join our SEND Team and lead targeted interventions, planning and delivering both individual and group sessions to help pupils reach their potential. You will have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, HLTA qualification or equivalent, and experience with SEND across KS3/4.

You’ll inspire learners, collaborate with staff, and adapt to meet diverse needs.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade C or above.
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with learners with SEND, KS3/4.
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of teaching and learning within the provision.
• Lead on interventions with planning and delivery.
• Deliver both individual and group intervention sessions.
• Inspire, challenge and motivate learners to achieve.
