Job summary

Bradfield Secondary School in Sheffield is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our SEND Department on a permanent basis. The HLTA will work with teachers to deliver targeted interventions and support pupils with a range of SEND to access learning.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy, excellent communication, and the ability to work with initiative in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with special educational needs (SEND).
• Ability to deliver high quality interventions for small groups and individuals.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Effective communication with pupils, parents and staff.
