Job summary

Ninestiles, an Academy, invites applications for a qualified HLTA to join our supportive SEND Team. The post involves leading on targeted interventions, planning and delivering individual and group sessions, and supporting high standards of teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grade C or above.
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with learners with additional needs, KS3/4 preferred.
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to inspire, challenge and motivate learners through best practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork to improve teaching and learning.
• Flexibility to meet learners' needs.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of teaching and learning within the SEND provision.
• Lead on targeted interventions; plan, deliver and evaluate sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to raise learner outcomes.
