The Kingsway School is seeking a committed HLTA to join our Inclusion and Diversity (SEND) Department. You will support high-quality teaching and learning for 11–16-year-olds with a range of needs, across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions, contributing to assessment and review processes.

• Support high-quality teaching and learning for students aged 11–16 with additional needs across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions
• Deliver small-group and individual support
• Contribute to assessment and review processes with teachers and SEND team
• Work with families and wider SEND team to remove barriers to learning
