TeacherActive is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a primary school in Caerphilly, Wales, starting in September on a part-time long-term basis with potential for permanency for the right candidate. The successful HLTA will plan, prepare and deliver learning activities, assess pupil progress, and support the Welsh curriculum while maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour.

Qualifications

• HLTA/HLTA qualification required.
• PGCE or PCET qualifications also acceptable.
• At least 6 months experience in a classroom environment.
• Strong classroom management skills.
