Job summary

Adecco is seeking a highly organised Service Co-ordinator for our client in Birchwood, Warrington. You will plan, coordinate and monitor field engineering activities to maximise engineer utilisation, support revenue targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing reactive call-outs, scheduling preventative maintenance and arranging remedial works while ensuring SLAs are met and operational efficiency is maintained.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and suppliers.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to interpret KPI and performance data.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance visits for field engineers.
• Coordinate reactive service calls and remedial works.
• Manage engineer diaries to maximise productivity and revenue.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Ensure all service visits are scheduled in accordance with procedures and customer requirements.
• Monitor and manage customer SLAs and communicate if targets cannot be met.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support national and key account customers.
• Review engineering reports and data for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and arrange engineer travel and accommodation as needed.
• Maintain service management systems and databases.
• Provide accurate information to Accounts to support invoicing and processes.
• Produce KPI and revenue reports and business updates.
