Job summary

The Celtic Collection in Wales is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Porter to help run events from setup to wrap. You'll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused team, ensuring spaces are ready and guests are well looked after.

Essential duties include setting up and breaking down spaces, assisting guests with equipment, maintaining safety, and promoting resort facilities. A positive attitude and reliability are key.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic IT skills are required.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banqueting spaces to resort standards.
• Assist guests and clients with equipment or parcel movement.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented working environment.
• Look after C&B equipment and report issues promptly.
• Work closely with your team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Attend training, briefings and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Promote resort facilities through knowledge and communication.
