The Celtic Collection in Wales is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Porter to help run events from setup to wrap. You'll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused team, ensuring spaces are ready and guests are well looked after.

Essential duties include setting up and breaking down spaces, assisting guests with equipment, maintaining safety, and promoting resort facilities. A positive attitude and reliability are key.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banqueting spaces to resort standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting guests and clients with equipment or parcel movement
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented working environment
• Looking after C&B equipment and reporting any issues promptly
• Working closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Attending training, briefings and contributing to a positive team culture
• Promoting resort facilities through excellent knowledge and communication

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Good communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet

Desirable:

• Experience within a hotel or events environment
• Stock or parcel control experience
• Driving licence
• First Aid or Health & Safety training
