What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting up and breaking down meeting and banqueting spaces to our high resortstandards
• Supporting guests and clients with equipment or parcel movement
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented working environment
• Looking after C&B equipment and reporting anyissues promptly
• Working closely with your team to deliverexceptional customer service
• Attending training, briefings and contributing to a positive team culture
• Promoting resort facilities through excellent knowledge and communication

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Good communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet

Desirable:

• Experience within a hotel or events environment
• Stock or parcel control experience
• Driving licence
• First Aid or Health & Safety training
