Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting Early Years teachers for Liverpool-based primary schools. Join us to help deliver a differentiated EYFS curriculum, support pupil progress, and contribute to a positive school ethos.

Successful candidates will have QTS, a PGCE or equivalent, DBS clearance, and the legal right to work in the UK, with fluent English and prior in-school teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS disclosure and relevant background checks.
• CV covering last 10 years of employment history.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A-C) including English, Maths and Science.
• Undergraduate degree or a degree in any subject with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• In-school teaching experience.
• Fluent level of English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Teach a class of pupils, and ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet their varying learning and social needs.
• Implement and deliver a broad, balanced, differentiated EYFS curriculum for pupils and support a designated curriculum area for EYFS.
• Facilitate, monitor and support the overall progress and development of EYFS pupils.
• Contribute to raising standards of pupil attainment.
• Share and support the school's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment.
• Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Contribute to constructive team-building amongst teaching and non-teaching staff, parents and governors.
