Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust seeks a Flexible Workforce Administrator to join its Temporary Staffing – Doctors team. The role covers coordinating medical locum bookings and delivering a high-quality, responsive temporary staffing service.

The post holder will support workforce objectives, ensure NHSI agency price cap compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and clinical staff to meet staffing needs across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Proven literacy and numeracy skills.
• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flexible workforce for doctors and temporary staffing across divisions.
• Build effective relationships with operational and clinical teams and external stakeholders (NHSP and agencies).
• Organise workload and prioritise tasks with tight deadlines; work under pressure.
