Job summary

We are recruiting for a Flexible Workforce Administrator to join our Temporary Staffing - Doctors team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who shares our vision of being trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients., An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Flexible Workforce Administrator, working 37.5 hours per week within the Temporary Staffing Office for Doctors.
The Temporary Staffing Office for Doctors is the central team responsible for coordinating all medical locum bookings and providing a high-quality, responsive temporary staffing service across all divisions of the Trust.
As a Flexible Workforce Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the Trust's workforce objectives, including reducing reliance on agency staff and ensuring compliance with NHS Improvement (NHSI) agency price caps. You will work closely with internal teams and medical staff to ensure temporary staffing requirements are managed efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner.
The role will contribute to delivering a high-quality, responsive medical temporary staffing service that supports the needs of our divisions and helps ensure safe and effective staffing across the Trust.
