Pertemps is seeking a General Administrator to join the expanding Customer Service team at a large distribution centre near Rayneways in Derby. The role is Monday to Friday, 6am–5pm, 37.5 hours per week with a 1 hour lunch break. Start dates asap.

You will handle customer calls, direct inquiries, and support Excel-based data entry while collaborating with the Admin and Customs teams to resolve issues.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a fast paced customer service operation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communicator on email, phone and in person.

Mansioni

• Answering telephone calls from customers and directing them to the right department.
• Escalate critical operational issues and implement recovery plans.
• Work collaboratively with other admin and Customs team.
