Job summary

JH Recruitment & Consultancy is hiring a permanent Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team in Normanton. You will handle incoming breakdown calls, coordinate with suppliers and engineers, and keep customers updated to minimise downtime.

Due to the location, you must have your own transport and a full driving licence. The role offers a busy, supportive environment with opportunities to problem-solve and liaise across departments on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming breakdown calls and identify the solution.
• Liaise with suppliers and engineering to arrange repairs.
• Keep customers updated by phone and email on progress of repairs.
• Minimise downtime and escalate issues where necessary.
• Raise purchase orders and recharges with other departments.
• Work with accounts to resolve billing queries.
• Collaborate with finance, workshop and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer and breakdown records.
• Deliver a professional, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Manage multiple customer queries in a busy environment.
