Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Breakdown Advisor for our Stafford Support Centre. In a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, you will help ensure commercial breakdowns are managed efficiently and professionally, in line with established SLA timeframes.

You will collaborate with drivers, suppliers and internal teams to keep customers on the road, delivering service excellence, accuracy and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with the ability to deliver high quality service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and meet SLA targets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Respond to breakdown calls promptly and manage jobs within SLA timeframes.
• Use initiative and decision-making to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Engage with drivers, suppliers and stakeholders to support timely resolutions.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for accuracy, efficiency and service quality.
• Participate in training and development to support progression.
• Support Team Leader with priorities and workflow improvements.
• Act as an ambassador for Halfords values and team culture.
