Argos in the United Kingdom is recruiting for Customer Advisor roles. You’ll help customers in-store with a great shopping experience, including tills, website screens on the shop floor and the collection counter, and you’ll be ready to answer questions about products and services.

You’ll build product knowledge, work at pace in a busy store, be flexible across shifts, and enjoy strong team support, learning new skills through training and digital tools to deliver brilliant outcomes.

Formación

• Must be above school-leaver age in country.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Majority of roles are part-time with varying shifts (weekdays and weekends).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens, and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area, take payments, explain financial services where applicable, and process refunds.
• Assist customers on the shop floor, answer questions and provide product recommendations.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to help customers make choices.
