Qualifications

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Previous experience working with children or young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher and keep students engaged.
• Maintain order and ensure a calm, productive learning environment.
• Take attendance and report any issues to relevant staff.
• Support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups as needed.
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
