Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set lesson plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and complete the work provided.
• Support students with their learning and respond to questions where appropriate.
• Create a calm, positive, and productive learning environment.
• Take attendance and report any issues to relevant staff members.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil engagement and lesson outcomes.
