Job summary

TeacherActive is collaborating with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Vale of Glamorgan, recruiting a Cover Supervisor to start in September. You will provide general cover across a range of subjects, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining positive classroom behaviour to keep students engaged throughout the school day.

The ideal candidate will have experience with secondary pupils, strong communication and organisational skills, and a flexible, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged students in a school or educational setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
