• Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents.
• Answering telephone calls and managing client interactions.
• Performing general administrative tasks to maintain files.
• Scheduling appointments and liaising with clients.
• Entering and managing data in the case management system.
• Supporting the secretarial team and providing cover when needed.
