Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is helping a mainstream secondary school in Bridgend recruit a dedicated Teacher of Business.

You will deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for KS4 and KS5, plan and assess student work, and support learners to reach their academic potential. The role requires QTS (or PCET with relevant experience) and strong classroom management, plus a passion for student progress and building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or PCET with relevant teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Business Studies in secondary or post-16 setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passionate about student progress and achievement.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Business Studies lessons (KS4 & 5).
• Plan, prepare and assess pupils' work in line with curriculum requirements.
• Support students in achieving their academic potential.
