Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is helping a mainstream secondary school in Bridgend recruit a dedicated Teacher of Business.

You will deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for KS4 and KS5, plan and assess student work, and support learners to reach their academic potential. The role requires QTS (or PCET with relevant experience) and strong classroom management, plus a passion for student progress and building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), although applicants with a PCET qualification and relevant teaching experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
• Has experience teaching Business Studies within a secondary or post-16 setting.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
• Is passionate about student progress and achievement.
• Can build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
