Job summary

FMG RS in Leicester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the face of our Bodyshop reception. You will book customer cars for repair, prepare job cards and files, and maintain an efficient filing system for paperwork.

You will provide progress reports to customers, arrange courtesy cars, and handle payments with attention to banking and security. The role reports to the General Manager, who is dedicated to customer service and team excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with professional appearance.
• Full UK/EU driving licence.
• Good IT/Admin skills and office procedure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Book customer cars in for repair/attention and prepare job cards/files.
• Maintain efficient filing system for paperwork and provide vehicle progress reports on request.
• Arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers and collect payments with attention to banking/security.
