FMG RS is seeking a Service Advisor in the North East of England to coordinate well-being services, liaise with customers and third parties, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role involves organizing bookings, preparing job cards, and updating clients on vehicle progress.

Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving licence and strong communication skills, with a focus on accurate records and reliable follow-through. A supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• As the first point of contact you will liaise directly with the customer, the bodyshop and any third parties to ensure an excellent customer experience.
