Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calling and prospecting.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and communicate benefits of services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Follow up on leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline.
• Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs.
