Job summary

Flourish in Preston is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business through a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. You’ll identify SME opportunities, build relationships and tailor solutions while managing onboarding and pricing discussions.

You’ll benefit from structured onboarding, ongoing coaching and an uncapped commission scheme, with a competitive base salary of £28,000-£33,000 depending on experience and strong career progression.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Driven, proactive attitude and desire to build a career in sales.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new business opportunities.
Identifying and engaging potential SME customers.
Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
Managing onboarding, pricing discussions, billing queries, and service improvements.
Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Becoming a trusted advisor to customers and supporting their long-term success.
Working towards performance targets and progression milestones.
