Lookers Battersea Omoda Jaecoo in London is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs, services and repairs, advise on warranty coverage, upsell parts, and coordinate with the Aftersales department to schedule work while delivering a first-class customer experience.

With 42 hours per week and a basic salary of £32,000, OTE up to £38,000, this role offers clear progression through in-house training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor/aftersales role is desirable.
• Knowledge of Kerridge/ADP or other dealer systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing high-volume customer interactions and calls daily.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and keeping them updated.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating booking systems.
