The Range in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support daily store operations, coaching colleagues, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will lead from the front, oversee service standards, merchandising, health & safety, and ensure processes run smoothly during busy periods. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for development and internal progression.

Qualifikationen

• Previous retail supervisory or management experience.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high service standards and accurate cash handling.
• Lead, coach and develop store colleagues, including onboarding and performance feedback.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, stock control and opening/closing procedures.
• Support health & safety, security, risk assessments and EPOS/pricing compliance.
