Premier Inn in Plymouth City Centre (Lockyers Quay) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hotel operations, support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and ensure guest satisfaction across shifts. A strong leader who can coach colleagues and resolve issues on the floor will thrive here.

This permanent role offers guaranteed hours (32 per week), a competitive hourly pay of up to £13.86, and a clear path toward future Hotel Manager opportunities within the UK’s biggest hotel brand.

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
